The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Performance-Based Design in Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering (PBD-V 2026) would like to thank all authors who submitted their full papers for consideration in the conference scientific program. The paper submission stage is now officially closed, and the review process is currently underway.
