CALL FOR ABSTRACTS GUIDELINES AND INSTRUCTIONS
The Organizing Committee of the International Conference on Performance-Based Design in Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering (PBD-V 2026) invites the submission of abstracts for the conference, to be held in Puerto Varas, Chile, from November 4 to 6, 2026.
1) ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

- Abstracts must be submitted at eAbstract online platform.
- Abstracts must be written in English and should not exceed 300 words.
- Include all authors' full names, affiliations, and email addresses. You must complete all the required fields indicated by the platform.
- Deadline:
September 15, 2025. -> October 6, 2025
2) ACCOUNT CREATION
- Create an author account on the platform eABSTRACT.
- Once the account is created, login as an author to submit the abstract.
- After setting up a new account, you must wait for a confirmation email from the system administration, then you can access your account in e-Abstract and submit your abstract using the online system.
- As the primary author, you can login to review and edit the abstract until the submission deadline.
